Labor: Wedding planner to help with process and liaison with vendors, 1 bar manager to help with bar selection and provide service day of, 1 Captain to lead service staff and oversee set-up and break down of catering equipment, 3 Servers. 1 Chef, 2 kitchen workers, 1 dishwasher
